Introduce lesson by asking students what they think 100 would look like. Provide students with a variety of items and have them count out 100 of each. Place on plates and take a photo to use the following day to review. Talk about easy ways to get to 100 (grouping by 5s, 10s, etc.) and ask how they got to 100.
